We use your contact form details to answer your question or request. We use camera footage to protect the safety of our staff, customers, and property, and to prevent and investigate incidents. We process basic website data to keep the site running securely.
We keep contact form messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Camera footage is kept for a limited period and then automatically deleted, unless we need to keep it longer for an ongoing investigation or a legal obligation.
We don't sell your personal data. If an incident occurs, camera footage may be shared with the police, as explained in our House Rules. Some technical data may be processed by third-party services this website relies on, such as Google, for the embedded Google Maps location and Google Fonts.
