These rules apply to everyone visiting Coffeeshop West, inside the shop and in the immediate area outside. Please take a moment to read them before your visit.
Access is strictly for individuals aged 18 or older. Minors are not allowed access, even under supervision.
Upon request by staff, every customer must be able to present valid identification (passport, identity card, or driver's licence). No identification means no access.
Aggression and verbal aggression are not allowed. Unwanted intimacy, racism, and discrimination are also prohibited. Anyone who violates these rules will receive a warning. Repeated offences will result in temporary or permanent denial of access.
Helmets, hats, robes, capes, hoods, and sunglasses are not allowed — we want to be able to look our customers in the eye. Large bags or trolleys are not allowed inside; outside the coffeeshop, these remain your own responsibility.
Possessing, using, or trafficking hard drugs and/or carrying weapons or objects that can be used as weapons is not allowed. If there is any suspicion of this, we will immediately involve the police and an access ban will apply.
Alcohol is not allowed in the coffeeshop. If you are suspected of being drunk or under the influence of other substances, we reserve the right to deny you entry.
We do not sell more than 5 grams per day per customer.
For your safety and ours, we use bodycams and fixed cameras both inside and outside. By entering, you agree that recordings are made, which may be shown to third parties in the event of an emergency. Questions about your privacy? Read our privacy statement or ask the manager.
The coffeeshop is not liable for damage to or loss of your belongings.
Causing a nuisance will result in denial of entry. Nuisance includes, among other things: illegal parking, disruptive or loud music, and customers loitering in front of or near the coffeeshop. We will first give you a warning; if unheeded, we will deny you entry. Keep in mind that using cannabis and driving don't mix.
By entering the premises, you acknowledge and agree to our house rules. Our house rules apply to all visitors of our establishment, whether or not they are inside or near the coffeeshop. In the event of a violation of our house rules, we reserve the right to deny you entry following a warning. If a criminal offence occurs, the police will be involved.
Coffeeshop West is intended for adults only. We do not sell to anyone under 18, in line with Dutch law. Please check the legislation that applies where you live before continuing.
